Subscription Problem

I was charged for new round of renew subscription on 7/19.
And I cancelled, the the subscription went back to free plan. As the system already charged for another new month, it should still have access to paid plan until the time end.
Or can i get refund?

sorry about the inconvenience. I’ve already issued a refund for your last month payment as you requested it in your cancellation message. I’m not sure why you weren’t able to use the remaining days of your paid subscription. Thanks for reporting it, we’ll further investigate on it.
