Is there a way to track the history of workspaces created (when? by whom?) for use by the admin of a self hosted configuration? are these data available in the internal DB used by GitPod?

The Admin Dashboard provides access to all workspaces created for the Gitpod instance as well as per user. However, this requires a Professional plan on the self-hosted instance. See Pricing.
